The VARIOLASER is a Laser Machine based on the Concept of VARIOPLOTTER. VARIOLASEER is either available as stand alone Laser Machine to cut dies, rubber, Wood, plastic and other Materials or in combination with the Standard Functions of VARIOPLOT.
In that case the working Area of the machine is subdivided in 2 zones. The front zone is then equipped with the standard functions of the VARIOPLOT, the back zone, where the laser process is performed, is equipped with a grid table to position the material to be cut the cutting of dies is performed at low productivity. For the professional Cutting of dies please refer to the SOLARIS Series with laser power up to 2000 W.
In order to use the machine for different applications, the tool heads are exchanged.
The exchange of tool heads can be performed within 30 sec.
All the tool heads are equipped with an automatic recognition which loads the corresponding software.

The VARIOLASER has been designed for companies with a low starting budget but with the need to upgrade the machine step by step.

Main Applications VARIOLASER:

  • Cutting of Dies with reasonable Cutting Speed. Caused by our special optics, cutting speed corresponds to a conventional laser of much higher power caused by the advanced Cutting Mode, cutting speed for 2pt, 3pt and 4pt is identically
  • Cutting of plastic Material
  • Cutting of Seals
  • Cutting of various materials as leather, paper etc
