Long term experience and the application of the latest technology in the development of laser cutting machines led to the state of the art laser cutting technology of the SOLARIS series. The optimisation of the design combines a high quality standard of German technology with a reasonable Price / efficiency ratio.
Working area: Flat Bed The machine is built up out of 2 components: Laser AXIS: This is the module with the laser head and the moving cutting head Dimensions: 1,6m; 2,1m; 2,4m Machine AXIS: This is the module moving the work piece. Dimensions: 1,2m; 1,6m (bigger sizes on request)
Laser Axis and Machine Axis can be combined arbitrary For instance combination of Laser axis 2,1m with machine axis 1,6m: Machine Size 2116 with working area 2,1m x 1,6m The machine axis module can be upgraded later on.

The SOLARIS is available with different laser power. The machine is prepared to take all laser heads from the power range. In order to adapt your machine to the requested productivity, we offer the upgrade the laser power at any time.

Machine Technology
The frame of the complete machine is manufactured out of welded, torsion free and stable steel profiles. The construction is optimized with respect to vibrations which led to a dynamic cutting process. The cutting head, controlled in the z-axis is moved in x direction (Laser Axis). The die board or the work piece to be cut is moved in y direction (Machine Axis). All the axis are controlled by an integrated PC The laser source is stationary, the beam is guided through external mirrors into the cutting head and focused to the work piece by either 5" or (optionally 7,5") lens. The Laser Axis, including the laser Head and the linear guide for the cutting head is manufactured out of one piece and fixed to the fundament.
The Machine Axis as a separate unit is also fixed to the fundament after adjustment. No interactions between the laser axis and machine axis occur. The advantage of the modular system is the easy upgrade of the system with all options.
