Application

Mobile Unit for 3D Crystal Engraving, independent from Power, integrated in a trailer Based on our experience of Laser Technology we have developed the first mobile Unit for 3D Crystal Engraving. The complete Equipment has been integrated in a trailer For flexible Processing of of 3D Engravings. Especially events as Wedding Parties, Birthdays, Company Events, Family Celebrations and a lot more can be served in a flexible way.
Architects as well as other companies are able to use this tool for advertising.
The big sizes of Crystal with maximum 200 x 300 x 90 mm provides impressive gifts and Advertising tools.

The Laser Beam is ignited using a Xenon Lamp. The laser Beam Is guided through Mirrors. A Galvo Head, controlled by automatic z-axis, deflects the laser beam in x and y direction. The crystal to be processed is positioned on an x/y table. All axis are controlled by Servo Motors.
